Shipping & Delivery

1. I get an error saying "One or more items can't be shipped to your location." What does that mean?

This error occurs when the total weight of the order exceeds the limits of the the shipping providers. Shipping options through our shopping cart are only available for up to 75 pounds with for USPS (Media Mail, Priority Mail), and 150 pounds for UPS (UPS Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day, Overnight.) If your order total is heavier than the above weights, those shipping options will not be available upon checkout. In other words, if your order weight totals to 80 pounds, Media Mail and Priority Mail will not be available, but UPS will. If you have a large order, feel free to call that in so we can provide a more accurate shipping option for you. Please note, we may not be able to provide shipping pricing over the phone, as it will have to be figured out manually. We can easily call you back to verify.

As another option, you can just split the order into two if you encounter this error. This may help speed things up in the processing of the order.

2. Where do you ship?

We can ship to any address in the United States. If you are shipping to a country other than the United States, please call us at 1-888-654-7333 (free within the US) or 208-665-2333 to place your order.

3. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the items, where the order is going, and what shipping options you choose. You can estimate your shipping costs in two ways:

  1. After adding items to your cart, proceed to Checkout, fill in your details, and all your shipping options will be available for view in Step 4: Shipping Method.
  2. After adding items to your cart, proceed to View Cart at the top of the page. From there you can calculate shipping based on the items in your cart and your zip code.

Shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based.

4. When will my item(s) be shipped?

We will usually ship your order within 24 hours (on business days) from the day your order is placed.

USPS Mail: Orders received by 8:00 AM Pacific Time are usually shipped the same day.
UPS: Orders received by 12:00 PM Pacific Time are usually shipped the same day.

Orders received after the times above are usually shipped next business day.

5. When will I receive my item(s)?

Delivery times are dependant on shipping options chosen:

USPS Mail: Priority Mail - 2-3 Business Days
Media Mail: 6-10 Business Days

UPS Ground: - 1-7 Business Days, depending on location.

UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day: If orders are received before noon, we are usually able to process those orders the same day. You should then receive your order 1, 2, or 3 business days after the order was shipped. In other words, if you placed your order at 9:00 AM Tuesday, 2nd Day Air, you should receive your order on Thursday. If however, you order at 4:00 pm on Wednesday (Pacific Time), we will process your order the next day (Thursday), and if you picked 2nd Day shipping, your package will arrive on Monday (Friday would be Next Day, and Tuesday would be 3rd Day.) It is important to note that shipping UPS Ground is sometimes quicker if it's close to our office (Northern Idaho.)

6. How can I track my shipment?

Once your item has shipped, you will receive a notification by email. USPS shipping does not have tracking information, but to check orders shipped with UPS:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Navigate to My Account > View Order Status.
  3. Click Track the status of your order and you will be taken to the UPS Tracking Page, with your order selected. If your order was shipped in multiple boxes, there will be one tracking number for each box, in which case you'll have to copy / paste each tracking number for results at ups.com.

 

Returns & Cancellatio

1. May I return an item?

You may return items in new, unopened condition within 30 days of delivery. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, you may also return it within 30 days of delivery. See Item #4 below before you return the item.

2. Will I be refunded or credited?

If your item(s) is eligible for return (see above), you will receive a refund based on the following:

  • If you received an incorrect or damaged item: You will be given a refund or replacement item, and we will pay the return shipping cost.
  • For any other reason: You will be given a refund, but you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

3. How quickly will I get my refund?

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

4. How do I return an item?

5. How do I cancel an order before it has shipped?

If you need to cancel an order, please call our office at 1-888-654-7333 or 208-665-2333 immediately. We will cancel your order and refund your money, if the order has not been shipped. Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order when you call. In most cases, it will be possible, but there may be some circumstances which prevent us from doing so.

6. Which items are excluded from the returns policy?

You cannot return an order for:

  • Digital products (e.g., ebooks and audiobooks) where the item has been downloaded.
  • Other digital products like CDs and DVDs, where the seal and/or shrink-wrap has been unsealed.
  • Worldview Rethink ToolBoxes where the cardboard visual aids have been removed from their original packaging.

...unless the item is incorrect, faulty or defective.
